HEAD START TEACHER QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, or a related field and two years teaching experience with preschool age children in a Head Start Program. Individual must be self motivated, creative, dedicated and familiar with instructional strategies. Also be sensitive to the needs of special needs children in a main streamed environment and possess the ability to supervise persons assigned to classroom. HOURS: Monday through Friday SALARY: $13.56 - $16.66 an hour BENEFITS: Regular full time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and life insurance; paid holidays, and annual and sick leave.
